Mr. Sokol is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Steven has focused his career on strategic business planning, consulting, and audits and reviews of financial statements in a diverse set of industries. Specifically, Steven has had extensive experience in the financial services industry including hedge funds, non-clearing broker dealers, and investment advisors. Steven also has experience in all phases of tax preparation and review, and research of complex tax matters. Steve currently serves on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations in trustee roles, and has served as officer, in both financial and non-financial roles several times over the last 20 years.
Mr. Kirschenblatt is a Certified Public Accountant, and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of CPAs. Robert was formerly with KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick) in their middle market practice. Robert has focused his career on audits and reviews of financial statements for a diverse set of clients, and firm quality control practices. Specifically, Robert has had extensive experience in the financial services industry including hedge funds, real estate, and manufacturing. Robert also has experience in all phases of tax preparation and review, and research of complex tax matters.
Ms. Rodberg Terzian is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of CPA’s. Jennifer has focused her career on business consulting, tax planning, research and preparation for high net worth individuals, multi-state business entities and not-for profit entities. Jennifer has extensive experience dealing with state tax matters of all types, including payroll related matters and matters pertaining to foreign owned domestic entities, as well as foreign owned subsidiaries. Jennifer also is integral in new business marketing, client relations, and firm operations.
